In CSG after centrifugation with the immuno turbidimetry method define concentration of an alpha 2 - macroglobulin. At its maintenance of 0.7-2.9 mg/dl - diagnose an intermediate inflammation, at 3.0-8.0 mg/dl - serious, and at concentration over 8.1 mg/dl - an extremely serious.
