METHOD OF EXPRESS DIAGNOSTICS OF SEVERITY OF INTOXICATION AT GENERALISED BACTERIEMIC NEUROINFECTIONS AT CHILDREN

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely, methods of laboratory diagnostics, and concerns a way of express diagnostics of severity of intoxication at generalised bacteriemic neuroinfections at children. The method consists in studying of indicators of optical density of a blood plasma at three lengths of waves, and at the value of the sum of these indicators from 0.15 to 0.5 c.u. diagnose intoxication moderate severity level, from 0.51 to 0.9 - serious degree, over 0.91 c.u. the serious degree of an intoxication.;EFFECT: possibility to estimate severity level of intoxication and to prescribe corresponding therapy of therapy.;4 ex, 4 tbl
