METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF ERYTHROCYTIC DIAGNOSTICUM FOR INDIRECT HEMAGGLUTINATION REACTION IN CATTLE MYCOPLASMOSIS

FIELD: medicine; veterinary medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method consists in fractional formalinisation of sheep erythrocytes and their sensitisation with mycoplasma antigen at 70°C during 30 minutes. The erythrocytes being used without prior tannage; they are loaded with sensitiser, obtained from proportional mix of M. bovoculi, M. argenini and Ureaplasma sp. cultures, and heated in water bath at 70°C during 30 minutes. The diagnosticum produced is washed three times, without adding 0.4% of normal rabbit serum on final stage.;EFFECT: high specificity and activity of indirect hemagglutination reaction.;2 tbl
