FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely perinatology. Diagnostics method is proposed for endotoxicosis by medium-molecular peptides in newborn, consisting in medium-molecular peptides level determination in nasopharyngeal aspirate supernatant. According to the method if medium-molecular peptides level is between 0.390 and 0.475 optical density units (ODU), endotoxicosis of viral etiology is diagnosed, caused by intrauterine influenza virus A (H3N2) infection; endotoxicosis of viral-bacterial etiology (caused by intrauterine virus A (H3N2) and Staphylococcus aureus infection) is diagnosed, if the value is between 0.476 and 0.625 ODU.;EFFECT: increasing accuracy of endotoxicosis diagnostics, caused by intrauterine viral and viral-bacterial infection, and eliminating vessels injury in newborn.;2 ex, 2 tbl
