The sampling device for X-ray fluorescence analysis spectrometers comprises a case with an upper cover with an opening and side walls with longitudinal slides for a movable frame, in the guides of which there are support rollers of the carriage, in which there is an adjustment cell for the dish with the sample. The frame is movable. When the frame is moved with the carriage, the carriage raises relative the movable frame in the guides while touching the vertical support until the dish touches the bottom surface of the cover opposite the opening in the cover. The cover opposite the dish has an evacuated packing ring, and the dish has a side wall, the thickness of which is equal to or larger than the diameter of the cross-section of the packing ring.;EFFECT: provision for use of a sampling device in vacuum type spectrometers.;1 dwg
