METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF LOCALISATION OF HEMODYNAMICALLY SIGNIFICANT STENOSES OF ARTERIES OF HEART

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely cardiology, and can be used for determination of localisation of hemodynamically significant stenoses of heart arteries. Ultrasonic examination of vessels is made. Size of the complex of intim-media of general carotid and expression of spastic stricture of humeral artery in assay with hyperventilation are determined. The following diagnostic indicators are determined: K₁ for anterior interventricular artery under the formula K₁=(1/(1+exp(4.452-1.751·X₁+0.05·X₂-3.062·X₃-8.768·X₄)))-0.01, K₂ for the right coronary artery under formula K₂=(1/(1+exp(3.118+1.152·X₁-1.786·X₃-1.065·X₅)))+0.17, K₃ for trunk of left coronary artery under formula K₃=(1/(1+exp(14.139-0.095·X₂-5.029·X₃-0.559·X₆-0.096·X₇)))+0.4, K₄ for bending around artery under formula K₄=(1/(1+exp(5.661-0.743·X₁-2.672·X₃-0.618·X₆)))+0.35. At value of each of diagnostic indicators K_1-40.50, presence of hemodynamically significant stenosis of corresponding artery is prognosticated, and at value K_1-4≤0.50 - absence of hemodynamically significant stenosis of the corresponding artery is prognosticated.;EFFECT: method is simple, non-invasive, has no contraindications, allows to define localisation of hemodynamically significant stenoses of arteries of heart at all patients for choice of adequate volume of the further diagnostic and medical actions.;2 ex
