A method for prognostication of mthe course of heart attack of myocardium with determination of markers of endocardiac hemodynamics destabilization, forming of aneurysm of the left ventricle, and progress of heart failure. For a patient blood is sampled from a vein and the index of lysis is determined on azocollagene and at the increase of this svalue more than 0.03 g/ ml per hour the formation of aneurysm of the left ventricle is prognosed.
