METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CALCANEAL OSTEOMYELITIS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthopaedics and traumatology and can be applied for surgical treatment of carcaneal osteomyelitis with defect of foot soft tissues. Sequestrnecrectomy with dissection of soft issue scars is performed. Medial plantar flap on feeding pedicle, medial plantar artery and going with it veins being included into it, is cut out preserving integrity of medial plantar nerve. Transposition of medial plantar complex into recipient bed with its anchoring to wound edges is performed.;EFFECT: method allows to prevent motor and sensory disorders in distal parts of foot, to preserve support ability of lower limb.;1 ex, 8 dwg
