FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to cardiology and concerns method of detecting risk of liability to coronary cardiac disease and stroke. In order to realise method following parametres are determined: concentration of lipoprotein of low density in blood serum or concentration of C-reactionary protein in blood serum, systolic or diastolic blood pressure, heartbeat frequency, radius of internal artery canal, blood plasma temperature, angular artery parametre, parametre of axial position of diffuse flow in artery. Basing on obtained data, risk of disease appearance is calculated and total risk of disease is determined. Application of method allows to determine total risk of disease, degree of said risk, underlying cause of disease, treatment efficiency, as well as to optimise choice of treatment direction at different stages of disease for different individuals requiring disease prevention or treatment.;EFFECT: obtaining possibility to determine total risk of disease, degree of said risk, underlying cause of disease, treatment efficiency, as well as to optimise choice of treatment direction at different stages of disease for different individuals requiring disease prevention or treatment.;10 cl, 5 ex, 2 dwg
