Then difference of the values of the cumulative fatigue calculated by complex method and according to the parametres of analyser systems is derived. Then difference between the value of cumulative fatigue calculated by complex method and value of cumulative fatigue calculated by parametres of analyser systems, between the value of the cumulative fatigue calculated by complex method and value of the cumulative fatigue calculated by parametres of visceral systems, between the values of cumulative fatigue calculated by complex method and value of the cumulative fatigue calculated by parametres of higher nervous activity. Values of the three calculated differences are summed by module. Functional involvement coefficient value is calculated in scores as a ratio of the value of the cumulative fatigue calculated by complex method multiplied by three to the total of the three calculated differences. Functional involvement coefficient value less than 5 scores is estimated as low (T) level of integration of functional systems, from 5 scores to 15 scores inclusively estimated as moderate (II) level of integration, from 15 to 25 scores inclusively as pronounced (III) level of integration, from 25 and more scores inclusively as high (IV) level of integration.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to make adequate assessment of the integration of functional systems of the organism by the state of wide range of parameters relating to various systems of the organism.;2 dwg, 2 tbl
