METHOD OF CREATION OF END-TO-SIDE LYMTHATIC - VENOUS ANASTOMOSIS ON VESSELS OF SPERMARY WITH SWITCHED OFF BLOOD FLOW

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, namely, to urology and andrology and is intended for microsurgical treatment of hydrocele and male infertility caused by disturbances of the lymph out-flow from the testicle. On the spermary vessels end-to-side anastomosis of the lymphoduct with the vein is applied on the thread-guide with switched off blood flow. Thereat a T-shaped cut is made in the vein wall in the place of application of anastomosis. Retention suture catching edge of lymphatic collector is used as a guide. Lymphatic collector is sutured with the same thread to internal surface of the vein wall. Method ensures hermiticity of anastomosis, prevents thrombosis, ensures minimal traumatic effect, technical simplicity of the intervention; along with formation of anastomosis for reconstruction of the lymph out-flow from the testicle in lymphostasis.;EFFECT: method helps to prevent torsion and angulation of lymphatic collector introduced into the lumen of the vein, simplifies immersion of lymphatic collector into the venous lumen, helps to get opening of its lumen and reliable fixation, as well as an orienting point for detection of anastomosis during surgery and in post-surgery period.;2 dwg, 1 ex
