The proposed high-temperature hydrogenic steam generator featuring combustion chamber combined cooling operates on chemical fuel with ballasting water addition, features electric ignition and contains a combustion chamber with a cylindrical part and a nozzle providing for its connection to the mixing chamber, a mixing chamber with an output nozzle and supply mains for delivery of chemical fuel and ballasting water. The combustion chamber coolant circuit is split in two sections: circuit for the combustion chamber cylindrical part hydrogen cooling and circuit for the combustion chamber intermediary nozzle ballasting water cooling.
