If the wound or rupture is localised to the left from the interface of left and middle one-third of pancreas, pancreatic duct of left pancreas is occluded with a cryodestruction device. Pancreatic duct of right pancreas is drained through parietal jejunostoma distanced 60 cm from Treitz-Band. The distal end of the duct is tied up. Pancreas surface is treated with the cryodestruction device. If the wound or rupture is localised to the right from the interface of left and middle one-third of pancreas, main duct of right and left pancreas are drained through parietal jejunostoma.
