METHOD OF PROSTHETICS OF HIP JOINT AT FRACTURES AND POSTTRAUMATIC DEFECTS OF ACETABULAR CAVITY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to orthopedy and traumatology, in particular to the ways used at treatment of traumatic damages of a hip joint, combining endoprosthesis replacement, an osteal autoplasty and an osteosynthesis. The essence of the way consists in expanded access to the joint, excision of the whirlbone, implantation of pelvic and femoral components of the prosthesis, carrying out of assays on diaplasis and stability of a prosthesis, replacement of a rasp by a femoral component of a prosthesis, diaplasis of a head of the prosthesis in the cavity and level-by-level stitching of wounds. The osteotomy of a whirlbone and excision of the whirlbone without application of a screw extractor is thus carried out. Then the cavity is treated to a spongiform bone and determination of the sizes of localisation of an acetabular cavity. Besides the resected hip head is treated with excision of a cartilage and a subchondral plate. Then it is settled down in the processed cavity with overlapping of a zone of its defect. Then the implant bed of a pelvic component is modeled from the head; it is fixed with spongy screws to an acetabular cavity. Fitting and installation of the standard pelvic component is carried out.;EFFECT: use of the given invention allows to provide reliable primary bracing of components of a standard endoprosthesis at fractures and posttraumatic defects of an acetabular cavity.;1 ex, 3 dwg
