FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: transverse osteotomy of the fibula is done through a lateral cut at the pseudarthrosis level. Repatency and tunnelling of the pseudarthrosis are done through the same cut. If the pseudarthrosis is localised in the middle and lower third of the tibia, the central fragment of the fibula is brought into contact with the tibial in the pseudarthrosis zone. If localised in the upper third, the peripheral fragment is brought into contact with the tibial. Fragments of the fibula are additionally fixed with a screw. To form a bone block, the tibia is immobilised up to the knee joint.;EFFECT: simulation of osteogenesis through restricted autograft with structure similar to a section of paired bones with sufficient volume of bone material, which allows for improving blood circulation and microcirculation in damaged limbs.;4 cl, 3 ex, 2 dwg
