FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: anfected section is exposed to low-intensity laser radiation and a medicinal agent, containing a mixture of 50% aqueous solution of dimexide and Arnica liniment. The laser radiation pulses have frequency of 250 Hz and power of 8 W. Exposure is 10 minutes long. The medicinal agent is rubbed on 12 hours before exposure to low-intensity laser radiation for 15-20 minutes.;EFFECT: improvement of microcirculation of blood in the pathological section, prevention of water retention, reduction of pain reaction and tension in the region of the inflammatory process, normalisation of local temperature and functions of affected muscle.;1 tbl, 1 ex
