DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR NONSPECIFIC ULCERATIVE COLITIS AND CROHN'S DISEASE IN CHILDREN

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to infantile gastroenterology and can be used for diagnostics of inflammatory colonic diseases. There is offered differential diagnostic technique wherein blood serum of a patient is analysed by infrared spectroscopy to record height of peaks of absorption bands of maxima 1160 cm^-1, 1150 cm^-1, 1140 cm^-1, 1130 cm^-1. As a matter of record, absorption spectrum data are calculated to be expressed in two-dimensional coordinates, herewith enabling differential diagnostics of nonspecific ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.;EFFECT: higher accuracy and possibility to reduce time for differential diagnostics of inflammatory colonic diseases.;4 ex, 1 dwg
