DESIGN OF FLUSHING SYSTEM FOR SIMULTANEOUS CLEANING OF EXTERNAL SIDE REAR-VIEW MIRROR OF VEHICLE AND GLASS OF SIDE DOOR COUPLED WITH THIS MIRROR

FIELD: transportation.;SUBSTANCE: device includes tank for liquid with liquid pump of high pressure, pipeline, unit of liquid jet generation and check valve installed between liquid pump and pipeline. In order to generate liquid jet, sprayers are used, on working parts of which there are openings of certain diametre arranged. Sprayers are coupled with body of external side rear-view mirror and/or with surface of side door and/or side stand of front glass to that their working parts are directed at angles of 20-90 degrees to the side of flushing surfaces: some - to the side of flushing of external side rear-view mirror, others - to the side of side door glass with longitudinal angle of inclination of 20-90 degrees relative to axis of their installation. Sprayers are connected by means of adapter with pipeline in the form of high pressure hose. For hose passage into door body, openings are arranged in its covering and external facing. Tank is located in under-bonnet space. Liquid pump is connected to electric circuit of vehicle via control button, and control button is installed in vehicle cabin.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of rear view zone cleaning for increase of traffic safety.;20 cl, 5 dwg
