FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: corneal end is cut off and hyperopia correction is performed using excimer laser radiation with wavelength of 193 nm. The corneal end of 100 mcm thick and 10.0 mm in diametre is cut off by means of femtosecond laser with wavelength of 1054. Laser ablation of stoma by means of excimer laser is performed with a diametre of central optical zone 7.0 mm, transition zone 2.75 mm and total zone of laser action making 9.75 mm.;EFFECT: maintenance of biochemical properties of cornea, refractive stability.;2 ex
