FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthodontics and can be applied for pre-surgical preparation of children with innate total one/two side cleft lip and palate to first stage of surgical treatment - primary cheilorinoplasty. Device for nasoalveolar moulding for pre-surgical orthodontic treatment of children with innate one/two side lip and palate cleft, contains acrylic maxillary forming plate and acrylic nasal stent. Stent is formed on wire element end. Wire element has loop for activation. Maxillary forming plate is made with possibility of correction by lapping in places of potential growing of upper jaw and alveolar appendix movement and by laying up plastic layers for movement of parts of cleft upper jaw. Nasal stent has U-shaped form and is made for placing by under wing cartilages of both nostrils and for raising nasal top.;EFFECT: invention allows forming of wing cartilages on both sides of nose, reducing degree of innate deformation of nasal septum, prevents secondary deformation of nasal septum.;2 dwg
