FIELD: information technologies.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to computer equipment. According to method, they build computer codes with application of information about user and/or information requested by user, and target information is provided to user in the form of multimedia sign. In the first version graphical part of sign image is displayed outside layer of requested information display. In the second version provision of target information to user is carried out after user completes receiving and perception of information that they requested. In third version they generate target information in process of software application by user. In fourth version they generate target information in process of software use by operator. In fifth version they automatically receive information requested by user from external source with performance of conversion of request and/or this information. Complex consists of mutually related unit of requests reception from user, unit of data storage and building, unit of distribution and reception of data to/from source or sources of information, unit of information issue to user, unit of preliminary analysis of requested information.;EFFECT: increased volume of information provided to user.;56 cl, 2 dwg
