The needle (11) has a cylindrical needle body provided with a needle tip (17), and a needle channel (23) including a needle opening (29) at an end. A cutting edge (19) is provided at the needle tip and is distant from the needle body at an angle. A front side of the cutting edge is designed as a cutting chamfer, and runs at an angle to a longitudinal axis of the needle body. An electrically isolated section is applied over a region of a vent pipe (41). The needle body includes an inner needle (13) at which a cutter head (15) is attached.
