The method involves delivering and atomizing water (9) from a storage container (1) to an ultra cell atomizer (2). The atomized water is blown with an air flow in to an ambient air. The water is supplied from the container to a vaporizer device (6) and vaporized in the vaporizer device. A water vapor is guided through a condenser (7) and condensed back to water. The condensed water is supplied to the atomizer, atomized and delivered with the air flow to ambient air. The water condensed in the condenser is cooled at a temperature between a room temperature and 60 degree Celsius. An independent claim is also included for an air moistening device with a water reservoir.
