The balancer has a felloe (1) with two diametrically opposite holes (4) in which adjustment masses (8) are mounted, where the masses are displaced relative to the movement of the felloe. A stud (6) is located on a symmetrical axle of each hole, and each mass includes a cylindrical exterior wall cooperating with side walls (5) of each hole. Each mass includes a spiral opening (9) for receiving the stud, where the diameter of the stud and the diameter of the opening are set such that each mass is maintained on the stud.
