The device has a control device, which releases an output signal of a temperature sensor, humidity sensor (5) and an interval timer of a current flow of a vehicle battery by a heating element (4) in a roof area. The unit is provided for determining a battery charge condition of the vehicle battery. The interval timer reads appropriate output signal of a momentary time. The control unit releases a current flow by a heating element, when the output signal of the temperature sensor, humidity sensor and interval timer are existed for defrosting signal.
