The sealing element (1) has an automatically closing valve, by which a hardening mass (11) is placed in the lightweight building board (9). A mount (3) is provided, with which the sealing element is inserted in the hole (7) in the cover plate. The sealing element is circular shaped or disk shaped. The mount has a saw tooth profile. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) nozzle for placing a hardening mass in a hollow space of a light weight building board (2) method for placing a hardening mass in a hollow space of a light weight building board.
