The hand-held emitter has a three-part housing, in which housing is arranged. A housing is formed from a curved housing part (7) and a housing upper part (1), with an observation window (11), screwed with the housing lower part. The battery (4), transmitter component (5), set of buttons, receiver component (2) and a status display (12) are integrated on the receiver component. A rubberized antenna (6) and a pipe holder (9) are integrated with a key blank (10). The set of bush buttons are provided for controlling the transmitter.
