The switching arrangement has an oscillating electric motor (M), a capacitor (CM), two electronic switches (V1,V0) and a gate circuit (micro C). Control ports of the electronic switches are connected with a voltage supply source (A). The oscillating electric motor and the capacitor are connected in series. The series connection of the oscillating electric motor and the capacitor is connected in parallel to the primary current section of the former electronic switch. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling an oscillating electric motor.
