The arrangement has a voltage intermediate circuit, a parallel switched film capacitor (1) and an electrolytic capacitor (2), where an impedance (3) with a specific resistance value is switched in series with the electrolytic capacitor. The impedance lies in the region between a condenser and the fully equivalent series resistance (ESR) of the electrolytic capacitor. A series circuit lies in parallel to the film capacitor. The resistance switched in series to the electrolytic capacitor displaces the ripple current in the film capacitor.
