The device comprises an ozone generator, a control unit, one or multiple ozone sensors, a multi port pressurizing valve and an inhalation and enrichment unit. The control unit regulates the magnitude of the ozone production and the flow in the complete unit against the flow rate and ozone concentration. The ozone sensors provide control pulses by which specified volumetric flow rate and ozone concentration are regulated. The ozone concentration is also regulated by the inhalation unit.
