The device has an ozone generator i.e. plasma reactor (RP), placed near an evaporator of an air-conditioning system. A high voltage generator (GHT) emits a voltage signal to power the ozone generator, where the voltage generator is directly connected to the ozone generator by wireless connection units i.e. stranded wires. The wired connection units are armored. A control circuit (CTRL) controls the voltage generator. The ozone generator is placed in an air-conditioning unit, where the voltage generator is offset from the ozone generator.
