The gas laser has a heat exchanger for cooling a laser gas (LG). The heat exchanger is a finned radiator-type heat exchanger, which is designed such that all detachable and non-detachable connections and junctions of the coolant pipe (10) are located on the atmospheric environment side and not on the laser gas side. The fin is made of a copper material, stainless steel material and an aluminum alloy.
