The system has a retaining rail (1) fastened at walls, ceilings and floors, and support arms, which are movably attached to the retaining rail, where the support arms are supported against the retaining rail. Two bars (8) are provided at parallel arms (4) of same length and are turned away from each other. The bars are formed as staircases in such a manner that a step (9) of one of the bars lies at a rear-wall parallel plane with another step of the other bar, where the steps are arranged at a distance from each other.
