The device has two parallel metallic bars (1, 2) in the form of a parabolic arc, transversal bars (3, 5) used as steps for climbing in top of the device, and a foot catching transversal bar (7). A fabric (10) for supporting the legs during an elongation is fixed on the bar (7) and a suspension bar (11) which supports the body during the elongation. Upper, middle and lower traction bars (17-19) are disposed at different levels.
