The kit has a cloth (1) made of a fibrous carrier material for cleaning and moistened with a cleaning solution having aqueous, surfactant and/or alcohol. Another cloth (2) is made of an abrasion-resistant and fibrous carrier material for providing maintenance and moistened with a lubricant e.g. synthetic lubricant. Two boxes are provided to accommodate the clothes, where one of the box is a casing made of liquid-impermeable material e.g. foil material (3). The clothes are formed as cleaning clothes made of abrasion-resistant chemical fiber fleece e.g. polyamide-polyester-spun bonded fabric.
