The drive has a drive shaft (1) rotatably supported in a container (8) with an inlet and a lever (4). The lever prevents rotary motion of the shaft by contacting with a permanent magnet (5) during rising of the liquid in the container for a long time. The shaft is rotated around an angle (A) and the lever is pressed against another permanent magnet (6), where position of the latter magnet is retained with a fluid level until adhesive force of the latter magnet is reduced by a float switch (7) or a time-dependent switching impulse (9) drops back into starting position.
