The method involves changing the speed of vehicles for co-ordination of green waves in both directions along a street. The change in the speed of the vehicles provides a speed recommendation to the driver of the vehicle. The speed recommendation is given according to a co-ordination control of a section, for continuation of journey within the green wave.
