The method involves washing a flow of fresh air from a supply air side of an air-to-air heat exchanger (5) with circulating water, and pre-cooling the flow of fresh air at a temperature of approximately 20 degree Celsius. The flow of fresh air is purified from pollen, particulate matter, and ionized. The flow of fresh air is dried by approximately 8 gram water content per cubic meter fresh air supply, and ambient air is supplied. The flow of fresh air is warmed or cooled according to power requirement in stages, by a heat exchanger (9) attached downstream to the air-to-air heat exchanger.
