The method involves converting heat energy around a heat gas flow from an exhaust stream of an aerobic fermentation process through a heat exchanger, a Peltier unit and another heat exchanger, to a fresh-air flow. The fresh air flow is supplied to the fermentation process, where the heat exchangers project into a heat gas stream and a cold gas stream. A thermo electric potential is converted into an electrical direct current-voltage by a temperature difference between a cold-gas supplying room and an environment.
