The bicycle has a fixable hinge (2) or a rotary joint arranged at a central frame section (1). A front frame part or a rear frame part is foldably and/or rotatably connected with the frame section at the hinge or joint. An adjustable saddle carrier has a saddle and is fastened at the frame section. Two lever arms (7) are rotatably supported at an inner side of half frames (5) and connected one after another by a tread (8). A sprocket wheel is supported at a bearing and stays in connection with a free wheel via a chain. The sprocket wheel is fastened to a drive wheel.
