The unit (20) has an induction coil (10) producing and irradiating magnetic alternating fields. An input device (12) directly or indirectly measures a parameter e.g. temperature and/or change of the alternating fields, of a fluid container (4). A control system (14) controls an operation of the coil such that operation of the coil is stably suppressible during measurement of preset value or range of the measured parameter. Eddy current is produced due to the alternating fields for warming up the container positioned in area of the magnetic fields so that the fluid is heated by heat transfer.
