The device (1) has mounting elements (4) hooked into a carrier (5) and attached to plate-like cladding elements (2).The mounting elements are mountable on the carrier and are movable in longitudinal direction of the carrier. Outer loads from cladding elements are transferred into the carrier by the mounting elements. The mounting elements are rotatably supported at the carrier around a longitudinal axis of the carrier. Transmission of the loads is essentially made via the mounting elements into the carrier in a radial direction by the circular segments.
