The die/mold has punch (1) arranged eccentrically in an inner ring (2). The inner ring is eccentrically and rotatably arranged in an outer ring (3). The outer ring is rotatably arranged in a mounting ring (4). A support (7) for the punch is provided in the inner ring. A fixing unit fixes a position of the inner and outer rings to the mounting ring. An opening in the mounting ring engages a section of lateral surfaces of the inner and outer rings. A clamping element (6) is inserted into the opening to exert a clamping effect on the lateral surfaces.
