The arrangement has an isolation element (6) arranged at an outer bearing ring (5) and comprising an axis layer that rotates twice a tubular body (7) i.e. long hollow cylindrical pipe, where the tubular body is made of plastic or metal. The tubular body comprises a filling made from elastomer. Adjacent turns (8, 9) of the tubular body maintain a distance from each other along direction of axis, where the distance is less than half the diameter of a cross-section of the tubular body. The tubular body is provided between a shaft (1) and an inner bearing ring (4).
