The cap (AD) has a circular base plate (GP) at which a retaining device is formed. A coupling device (KVEK) is formed for connecting an energy supply line guiding chain. The retaining device is made of elastic material and deforms its end section around 90 degrees. A boundary area of an installation opening of a plate is clamped between the base plate and the end section. The retaining device increases clamping effect between the cover and the opening. A gap of the cap is closed by a closure.
