The element (11) has a thermal actuator (41), which is engaged from a shape memory alloy at a housing section (18) to a valve closing element (14), and includes a direction opposing a direction of movement. Temperature-dependent actuation is effectuated on the valve closing element against an energy storage element (29), so that actuating force of the thermal actuator is larger than actuating force of the energy storage element. An actuating device (36) e.g. temperature regulating device or thermal head, is attached at a valve seat opposite end of a transmission pivot (16).
