The arrangement is linearly guided around an axis of rotation formed by a steering shaft. The steering wheel carrier has a linear guidance (5) for a carriage (7) fixed at the vehicle. The steering wheel has a hollow toothing with which an intermediate pinion (9) is combed. The intermediate pinion is stored on an intermediate lever in a rotatable manner.
