Flow measuring sensor for determining hydrogen ionic activity in flowing medium, has multi-layer solid material discharging system including zinc oxide layer, nickel layer contaminated with phosphor and gold layer with specific thickness
The sensor has an insulation glass tube (1) into which a tubular segment made of cation-selective electrode glass (2) is inserted. A complex multi-layer solid material discharging system is formed over fusion points (3) between the tube and glass and connected with a drain wire (9) by a soldered connection (8). The system has an insulation layer (10) containing polymer, a semi-conductive zinc oxide layer (5) with thickness of 50 nanometers, a nickel layer (6) contaminated with phosphor with thickness of 100 to 200 nanometers and a gold layer (7) with thickness of 100 nanometers. An independent claim is included for a method for producing a flow measuring sensor.
