The sprinkler has an O-housing bar (2.1) with a thermal trigger (3) and a plunger washer (4). A U-housing bar (2.2) with sprinkling discs (5) axially arranged on each other at a center of the sprinkler. A sprinkler housing is connected with the bars. A predetermined breaking point (8) holds a functional principle of the sprinkler and is connected between the bars for the sprinkling discs and the sprinkler housing to ensure a safety region against mechanical breakdown in a sprinkler position.
