The heating and air conditioning system has a front air conditioner with that fresh air from the environment or circulating air is transferred to vehicle interior (F). The conditioned climatic air is led into a rear air duct and is blown by a Peltier element of heat exchanger attached to an utilizable side and by an air outlet (9) in vehicle interior. The heat or cold weather is developed over a cycle on the rear side of the Peltier element of heat exchanger.
